Monthly Strength and Conditioning Pass

Our Strength and Conditioning Pass is an enhancement to our Fleet Feet Racing Team Membership. This add-on includes:

-One semi-private strength session per week

-One mobility and conditioning session per week (every Sunday)

All strength and conditioning programs are designed by The Amateur’s strength and conditioning coach, Marsalis Burgin. Coach Burgin works directly with our Head Coach, Dr. Turner, and Team PT, Dr. Sanders to customize each session to the individual athlete. Coach Burgin focuses on optimizing functional strengths and strategically developing areas of weakness in each runner with the goal of building resilience, power, and speed.
