Custom Training in VO2 App: All training will be delivered through our VDOT 02 training app. Coach Laurah will monitor your progress via this app through both objective workout statistics and biometrics as well as your personal reflections and feedback on your own training. Additionally, VDOT 02 syncs your workouts directly to your Apple, Garmin and Coros devices.
Expert Advice: Direct access to our head coach and captains for guidance.
Personalized Adjustments: Guidance to customize your training uniquely, including injury management.
Team Mid-week Workouts: Specialized sessions at select locations.
Large Group Saturday Long Runs: Weekly runs with the full Fleet Feet Training group each Saturday.
Monthly Insights: Science-backed strategies and tips delivered to your inbox to aid in goal achievement and strength training.
Racing Kit: A New Balance Fleet Feet Racing Kit to set you apart in the race.
